Applied on 16 may 2017 in VFS Chandigarh. Application is under process.

Guys you should hear back in about 2 months from the time you have applied. This is their standard time

My application is in progress in University of Windsor for September intake so I applied my visa in Seneca college for Ontrario graduate certificate program for September intake completed my MSc chemistry in India ,
Submitted file online yesterday

what I did not understand

You have to wait for 2 months from the time you submit your application. VFS CHD has always been behind in processing the applications, that's the reason most of the applicants go to New Delhi for their application submissions. If you don't hear back with in 2 months. You need to do a follow up, send them a case specific inquiry.
