ANYone applied before February 27, 2008, and noticed that they have experience in one of the 38 eligible occupations.

But have decided to just withdrew their applications due to the long crusade...
Then, re-applied in order to speed up things.

Friends, is this allowed?

You don't even have to withdraw, you can have 2 application running at the same time. Although you would have to withdraw one at the processing stage.

Thanks for that inspiring reply, PMM!

AOR : 10-30-2007
e-cas : 'in process' since 03/2008 (no replies from them whatsoever)
Spent almost : c$ 2,000 (1/2 went to my 'very-reliable' agent!)

Anyway... I'm thinking...

If I re-apply w/o withdrawing my 2007 application, I would have to produce another c$550 + wife + 2 kids for my new 2009 application, right?

Or,
just withdraw my 2007 application quickly... Then while waiting for the 2007 refund (right?)... I can proceed with my NEW 2009 application... then if all is well, get embassy's final decision eventually...

I hope this is not a fantasy?

WOuld appreciate ur expertise again...
