Anybody having an issue with the IRCC sign in partner?

The website doesn’t even load when I click Sign In Partner. I’m just trying to login. I tried an hour ago and I’m trying again now. Other sites are loading fine so it’s not my internet 192.168.1.254. What are the best times of day to try to log into the IRCC site (least amount of web traffic)?

Ok, I give up. Haven't been able to access the account in weeks with their technical difficulties. And I know it takes them a few months to answer webform inquiries.

Update: seems to work with Safari but for some reason no longer works with Chrome, which is how I used to sign in all the time.
