anybody having a problem signing the form imm1295?

im currently outside Canada and applying for PGWP.

I was trying to sign in the form IMM 1295 , page 5, but it doesn't let me whereas i had no problems doing the same thing on other forms.

Does anybody have the same problem like me?

reporting a technical issues didn't work for some errors, and the call centre agents don't seem to know about this.

Also, can i go back to canada with 3weeks left in my study permit?
