ITS 3RD MAY and still there are no changes,,,anyone who has any idea about what will be the changes?/?

Nothing yet... It sometimes happens on Tuesdays too. Last monday, I think it happened around 6 pm.

My husband cleared the IELTS with 7 band score.

Now we are waiting for the university marksheet and get it certified from ICAS after that we will send the entire package to nova scotia.

I hope the job code is not removed from the NOC

You do not need to send all these docs to Nova Scotia...
These docs go to local visa office when asked for...

but initial application is done at nova scotia thats what is written on the initial application package ???

dont west time and appply, no need of any docs at first stage

you only need to pass the filled-up application form. no need for documents yet. if NS approves you, then you can submit your full documents in 120 days to your visa office (not Nova Scotia, they only assess if applicant is qualified) so don't waste time

namasteindia,you have no business sending supporting documents,send your application only,plus the fee.
we all went through the same process,if you get approved by NS(Nova Scotia) then they will ask you to send the supporting docs to your local visa office.

The expected changes in new Ministerial NOC list will be from 6th May 2010. But it is tough to say which NOC will be included or excluded in the list.


So wait for that time.

6th May will be a long wait....everyday goes in tension.
we got delayed because of IELTS results.

I am pretty scared thinking about the skills changes in NOC. should i send in my application tomorrow so that it reaches before 6th may and then we will not be affected by the changes

Yes send it ASAP through Fedex or some other courier company with the next day delivery and sometime when they announce the changes they said that it will be effective from 1st of next month or some other day, so you still have a chance just send the docs.

guys if the new changes are not going to affect any of us then why the CHC new delhi is taking hell lot of time,,,,,,there is something that is deffintly going on,,,,,as u people say that changes are due on 6th may,,,nd if u have noticed CHC nd is updating the systems on 8th may

so expect some bombs fallas

How do you know its 6 th may? I heard it will change only in october
