I think what he meant is for the month of July 2011 only. There were August, September, October and December 2011 active thread, but not for specifically July 2011 thread.

I think it's just OK to create your own thread for MONTH of July 2011 applicants. I cannot see any active one when I tried to search it in this website. I'm also wondering why? Maybe they opted to just post on the "JULY 01 2011 FSW Applicants MI3" thread.
