Hi,
I am new to this forum.I come under the NOC 3142 and currently residing in US.I applied for FSW on Mar 31st 2011 and got 'Positive final eligibility review for processing' on May 2nd 2011. I sent all the documents except PCC from home country. From US I sent a photocopy. I didnt get any request for submitting these. Can any one tell me whether they need PCC's while medicals or still 120 day limit exists. I am a bit confused about the new rules.
Thanks

Dear mbrt25

first of all congratulations for PER
There is no 120 day limit for post june applications
you can send your PCC to your vo after your e cas shows rbvo or wait for the document request
For some countries PCC must be included with the initial application to cio for others like india They request PCC with medicals.
hope it helps

Arrange for PCC they will ask you later on, don't worry about 120 day notice. Before or at the time they ask you for medicals they will ask you for other documents. Send them other docs with in the limit mentioned on email from CIO-NS (which from your post I think you already did)

Good luck

Hi,

Just saw your post in the forum. Even I am applying under 3142 FSW. Please, if you dont mind can you say me what all the documents you have sent. Hey, is it that quick they accept and reply to applications. Where are you from and which VO you have chosen. Even I have only one of the PCC from UK but need one from India which I am about to apply for. Am planning to post my application on Monday 11th May. It will be of great help if you could give a response. Awaiting to hear from you soon.

Thanks
Priya

Hi Priya,
Nice to have a friend in the same category. Here are my details:I am in US currently on a work visa.I am from India.
Regarding application I sent all the docs except PCC from India. PCC s are not required for CIO. You can submit later when they request.but no harm in sending if you have already. I sent IELTS scores, Work exp letters ,Paystubs, bank letters, Education documents,PCC from US,application from CIC website.I am planning to start my credentials evaluation for Canada next month.
Good luck

Hi,
Thanks a lot for reply. Its nice to know that even you are from India. So, have you chosen New Delhi has VO or..? Even I thought of applying for credentials but, at the later stage will do. I have done my Physio from NTR university. Where have you done. Have arranged to submit documents from university bcos unlike US thk we need to submit documents from university for credentials...Isnt it? Good luck with all your work........

Here still last minute doubts ??? ???........This question of mine mght be funny but still ......plz reply

Regarding filling section about education....can you elaborate and write how to fill in this.....here are my details.....I have done my tenth from CBSE.....can i write in primary till 6th class and then 7,8,9,10 high school. Then college intermediate 2 years, after which I have done Bachelors Bsc Microbiology, zoology and chemistry (3 years) ...then did BPT (4 1/2 years)....then did Masters (MPT 1 year) ........so total years of study accounts for 20 1/2 years. Please, help me put with this. I know its weird but just want to make sure .....everything is ok......

Thanks a lot in advance.......

Priya

Just a note, PCC must not be more than three months old by the time it is received by CIO. Read your instruction guide carefully.

Hi Priya,
I am currently working as Licensed PT in US.Buffalo is my VO.Regarding your education I suggest just go in a chronological order from the most recent and go back wards. Attach an additional sheet as there are only five rows in the application.Myself I did like this.Try to avoid gaps if any.You have good qualifications, Just make sure you include all the copies of the cerificates, you should be good.

Hi mbrt,
Thanks a lot.
