MAY 02, 2013 MEDICAL WAS DONE (EXPIRED)

JUNE 27, 2013 QUEBEC SELECTION WAS SUBMITTED TO ISLAMABAD PAKISTAN


Since I submitted Quebec Selection to Islamabad, I have no answer.

March 06, 2014 emailed to Islamabad immigration inquiry for the status of my application (no response).

July 07, 2014 Contacted MP to inquire about the application. ( no response yet from MP)

I am too worried. What should I do now? Because my country mates who did sponsor just a few months before me. They already have asked to submit the passport in November 2013.

MEDICAL IS ALREADY EXPIRED AND THEY DIDN'T CONTACTED YET FOR ANOTHER MEDICAL....

We started processing on March 8, 2013 Though the application was transferred to Pakistan 27th june 2012

Wait time for Pakistan is 63 months but as I mentioned my country mates already received the call to submit the passports having the same timespan.

Other thing I wanted to ask like when I submitted the application in 2008 the wait time for Pakistan was 18 month max.

I am thinking may be they miss placed my file.......

What kind of application is this? Is this a parent application? It certainly isn't a spousal application .....

yes it's parent application.

A few month ago wait time in Pakistan was 31 month. Then CIC updated to 43 month then 52 and now they exceeded to 63 month. It's really annoying.

I'm really very stress... What would happen if they keep on increasing the wait time.

Unfortunately, parental sponsorship applications take a very long time to complete. I have heard most of them are around 4-5 years before the parents are able to actually land. It sounds as if you might be creeping up on that now. I would go ahead and contact your MP again and see if they can give you any help at all. I know they only started processing the application in 2013 which just puts it over the year mark since they started, but maybe an MP can get a better idea of what is going on. The other option you have is for your parents to sign the release consent (unless you are already listed as their representative) and order your GCMS notes to see what is going on. You can use this link here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp to get the consents and order the notes.

New Delhi Visa Office was used to send Passport Request as soon they used to get file, but since November 2013 they have changed that. Now they are asking for the Passport just a month before the processing is over.

If same applies to your visa office (which I understand is in Pakistan) then you will not get PPR till the very last stage of the process, but the final date of issuing the visa would not change.

Try asking this question in an existing forum (with a lot of posts) where some senior members with more knowledge can give you a more information regarding this issue.
