When my application got to 2 months without getting any update from IRCC, I raised a webform, that's on the 6th of October, 2023. But there was no reply. Fortunately I received medical request form on 6th Nov. that's 4 days ago.

For me my UPFRONT MEDICALS has been updated to passed, but my eligibility review has not started. In your tracker, what does your eligibility review says (in progress, or completed or not started)
Mine has not started …background check in progress since 11th August.

Passport Request (PPR) December 15, 2023
It's been 21 weeks (approximately 5 months) since I submitted my application and did my biometrics.
Anyway, my school starts in January 2024.

i want to apply for my study visa but i cant any acrobat reader that i can use to fill the form. please anyone with similar case
I also submitted mine through GC key. I completed my biometrics on 12th July and haven't heard from them again.
Has the status of your application changed now or it is still the same?
