Hi.Is there any right of APPEAL or review request for a refusal?can i write them an email to ask abt it?

I don't think so. You have to make a fresh application. If there was any possibility of review or appeal, they would have asked for it before the refusal.

Maybe explaining the reason(s) for refusal can get you the correct suggestion.
 
My wife applied for study visa and i was her sponsor.
now they refused it stating
1-you have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence
2-you have not demonstrated that you or your parents have sufficient income and asset to justify your proposed studies.

i cant understand why they are asking for her parents sufficient income while i am sponsoring her?

Please advice what should we do now?

Ans# COuld u Show the family registration certificate, birth certificate, marriage certificite, ur Cover letter on behalf of wife................?


2-you have not demonstrated that you or your parents have sufficient income and asset to justify your proposed studies.

Ans# Unreasonable......... Because u r husband and sponsoring ur wife.....

1. I guess you have a gap between your studies and does not have any work experience/affiliation/properties. Why don't you elaborate on this matter, your work history, previous qualification and your status in Dubai.

2. Did you show: 1 year tuition + 1 year living + ticket for both + 4,000CAD (spouse expense) and source of income to proof that you can sustain your studies in the upcoming years or did you show the full expenditure? Elaborate on this matter too.
 
the study gap of my wife was 5 years out of 5 for year work experience was provided by experience letters.
her status here in dubai is a house wife as she is on my sponser visa we can nt show the work experience here
she will go alone and her expenditure of studies are 40K And we showed them 85 k in my account however major part of the funds came 2 months back.we also provide them property paper which is under my name.and is around 100K CAD of value and i purchased it jst 6 months back in pak.
i provide them my salary slips and bank statement which is around 8K CAD/ month
affidavit that i will support her
my job letter from my company holding a senior position in company.

I dnt knw wot else they want..............

Everything seems to be fine. Maybe some sort of presentation was wrong or something. :/

ok. But, Could you show your "income tax certificate" or tax paper of your business

which shows that u are a regular tax payer.........
