Any prospects of PR with one year diploma

Hello friends ,
can anybody tell or advice about the prospects of PR for the students who are planninmg to go canada with a one year diploma course ? will that means a one year work permit for the students with one year study , then how should they get thier dreams of PR fulfilled ?
As know the rules in Saskatchewan has changed , so any other province where the rules are not changed means will be eligible for PR after 6 months of work in that state ?

aman.....if the colour of your passport is green then please dont proceed with diploma.....diploma and colleges applicant visa ratio is very minimum........dont waste your time and emotion by taking admission in diploma and then college........university visa ration is high.....if bands are problem then try ICM.......here is a very fresh case...

1. BC is the only province (except Quebec) where you do not need any work experience towards PNP (eligibility/international students).

If someone apply from U.A.E for 3 years or 2 years Program in College then also same visa ratio?
I heard from someone that if you apply from CHC Abu Dhabi then it is Ok
