any photographs for visitor visa extension?

do we need to send any passport size photographs for extension of visitor visa within canada.

Doing the online procedure " on the CIC website should tell you what you need to send.
With mine, I had to and scanned the passport sized photo.

If you're doing a paper application I don't believe you need to. It doesn't say so in the document checklist.
