any panel doctor for medical exam on sunday?

Hi.
I have to get medical exam for express entry. however, i live in a countryside in bc and it is hard to get a day-off from mon to sat from my work. sunday is the only possible day to do it. is there any clinic that i can go for medical exam on sunday? I don't care where it is located in bc or not because i am willing to fly there by airflight on sunday.
If you know, please let me know. It is important and urgent information to me.

Most clinics work Monday to Friday. Try to get a clinic close to you as you may be called for additional tests and you may have to go through the inconvenience of going far another time.
