any Pakistani with foreign currency account kindly help its urgent

i have to submit 25 dollars deferral fee to uni concordia. the options to transfer are either through bank draft or bank to bank transfer or money order. but both the bank draft or bank to bank transfer requires to have a foriegn currency acount. i dont have any, nor either of my contacts.

25 dollars in PKR becomes around 2300 rupees. If anybody could transfer 25 dollars on my behalf then i will transfer that much amount to his/her bank account. Brothers I am in need of you people.

Any other solution is welcome.

go to any western union affiliated currency exchangers and pay them ,also tell them the concordia uni bank acnt no. /they will wiretransfer it

have you used this method urself?
and sadly they dont accept credit cards for deferral

yep i have used this method but they might charge you arnd 1500 rs approx
