Any option for a refugee claimant whose Judicial Review has been denied (negative)?

Hello,
I my refugee case was denied by IRB, RAD and also application for leave with Federal was unsuccessful. I just received my Work Permit / TRP which is valid for 1 year. Will this permit allow me to stay? can I ask for a Temporary Resident Permit or a Temporary Resident Visa or anything else?

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately your work permit will not entitle you to stay in Canada. You should consult with your lawyer and try other options like H&C or PRRA.

H&C won’t be an option unless you have children. As for PRRA that will be up to CBSA. You should be prepared for CBSA to enforce your removal order in short order.
