ANY ONE WITH MISMATCH IN COPR FORM

Hi All,

Is there any one with mismatch in COPR form ? Could you please share what was the mistake and what step you have taken next ?

There was a mistake in the name of my son which I and the immigration officer did not notice at the time of landing. When we visited Service Ontario office for SIN there I noticed the mistake and discussed it with the officer. She advised me to contact the immigration office for amendment in COPR. Please visit www.cic.gc.ca and there you will find a form which you will need to fill and send it to the immigration office on the given address. They will amend your COPR but it will take 3-6 months time.
