Sanjeev is right.
Because from this forum only CLAD got remedicals letter pretty soon. ANd so far we have not received any letter from CHC ND so we should not worry.
Why I say we because me and jigna are in similar position with a difference of 15 days in medicals.
So we cant expect any remedicals by this time.
Thanks Sanjeev and I cent percent agree with u regarding remedical issue.

Hi there,

any one can pitch in recommendation. i got my final result last oct 2009 after status changed from in process to decision made. they gave failed result with 2 pts below the 67 pts minimum req. my apps was submitted last 2005 and got letter last june 2009 to resubmit another one since almost 4yrs old. However, i do have some worries after CIC came out with this new 38 NOC priority list lately whereby my skills/profession is not anymore included. any recommendation on what to do next?

ya... i asked them.....and they told me the max. processing time for stamping is 90 days...
and we will surely get visa by 15th dec.

Why don't you send a case specific enquiry to CHC ND. It won't delay your process any further. Just mention that you have submitted your passport as per their request on ****** date and didn't receive any communication from their end till date after that and request for update.
