Is there any one who applied his/her case and rejected because of the NOC not in 38 list and applied his/her case again according to the new rules? If yes, please reply to this post.

i will reapply but waiting for response as online status says nova scotia completed review on 28jan .
as i mentioned old NOC so it would be rejected.
but lets c.

by the way in the meanwhile i mean before my status update, Jan 20 2010 i requested local visa office to withdraw my case which i am still waiting their response.
so dont know wot happens

Good luck with your new application. Did you get all your original docs back when you have submitted your first application.

I got rejection letter last month from London CHC but still waiting for fees & original docs.

I have reapply again with this week to CIO, Sydney, NS.

Well friends, can some body please tell that, when we applied in NOC which is not in 38 list, then how did you manage to reapply in NOC available in 38 list.

For example: I applied in NOC 2281 and got rejected. Now, the category related to my field is 0213.

If your duties were same as 0213 and assume you are going to claim that it was mistaken you applied NOC 2281, that may work. But if you change duties now only for 0213, I am afraid that won't work and CIC may catch you and again one an other refusal.

because most of my duties also match with NOC-0111 though last time i applied in 0122
