Good morning.
Can anyone that applied for fbi recently share the processing time ??
In my case cic request RPRF and bio data form
They told me that my criminality and security is almost done ...elegibility is passed medicals are passed ..
And requested me FBI certificates ..I have the feeling that the soon they get them I will received PPR
That's why I want to ask the current processing time for FBI certificate ..

From what I have read on the forums....it normally takes between 1 month and 3 months to get an FBI clearance letter. Mine for instance, which I did earlier this year - before applying under CEC, took about 3 months. The FBI standard says between 16 and 18 weeks, but I've seen people on here that have said 6 to 8 weeks. It really varies...

I did not put "Attention: SCU, Mod D-2" on my request, which is why it probably went through regular channels. Maybe if you put that on, as per CIC instructions, it will go a bit faster....as its forwarded directly on to the appropriate department. Just thinking out loud here.

I had to apply twice, once in 2010 and once around nov last year. Both times, i got mine in about 6 weeks.

I have applied for three this year. I have received them all between 5 - 6 weeks. So it's been pretty consistent.

Also, I have never put "Attention: SCU, Mod D-2" on it, so I don't know if that'll help. As I said, for me, it's always been 5-6 weeks in total.

I just called fbi costumer service they say 6 weeks I hope comes
Faster than that ...!!!
