Hi I am planning to move to BC

Now I am in SK

I want to know few things if you can help me.

No 1 : I have SK novice 2 driving license So Can I drive BC by my SK license BC.


No 2: How much the car insurance would be in BC for my vehicle ( Honda civic 2005 ).


No 3: How much the medical insurance would be in BC ( my income 2016 was $23500 and my wife income $12000 & I do not have kids yet )
