300-320 is an extremely low score. There are certainly no chances of ITA this year. You should assume there's no chance of ITA next year as well - and work to increase your score.

yes it is very important for me to increase the score. But only through enhancing ESOL exams points.

My score is 325.

Which province gives nomination without job offer to Software Engg.? Please help me with the info.

your esol scores are good and excellent. I think better scores in esol leads to get job. Ones you selected for the job your points will suddenly change. Better apply job from here. I am started doing that and i am also getting rejections from the companies to which i am applied ;D. I think I want to sent more and more. Dont wait for crs points to decline.
