Any one going to toronto/centennial this july

hi guys
i got my visa on 19th june for centennial college and i checked tht airfares for july are cheap 40K
so i was thinking to leave in july in 3rd or 4th week . the rates are increasing by 20K tht is 4000$ later on.. any1 intereated in going in julyand get to know the city plz respond
