Any one from USA tarted processing in may 2011 please update everything here

Hi buddies Anybody in Detroit , Michigan region applied for Canada pr in may 2011 ,I applied in may 2011 to nova scotia,Canada ,got the file number in July 31 and received email on August 12 2011 staring that file transferred to buffalo,ny,USA and on sep 1st got letter stating that buffalo ,ny office received the file and issued the confirmation number again similar to old but not exactly the same I don't know still it is showing file received by visa office not showing at least ' in process ' I know lot our seniors still waiting for that but I am do worried because I am planning to go to INDIA this year and very worried wether the USA embassy stamp my visa or not pleae share with me any friends in the same time lined please thanks and regards

I applied in June 2011, still RBVO. Buffalo office was announced "closed" in last week of May 2012 and CIC said it will take them 60 days to move files to CPP-Ottawa. If your file was not transferred to any other visa office in USA then my friend can't do much until end of July 2012.

We can ask for status again in August 2012.

Is there a reason that you have to go for stamping?

My marriage is there in India me and my would be both ate students here need visa stamping if we leave the country don't know what to do and lot of people here discussing something like some thing can be applied fit detailed status if you know a Canadian citizen what's that please let me know ASAP thanks

Doesn't have to be Canadian citizen, a permanent Resident will do too.

I don't know nobody but I want to know that at least my process started or not or nothing what's this you have a right to know the application status right ???? I don't know what to say please help me thanks lot of people got their MR too in 1 year mine passed through 1 year recently but not even changed to process so please tell me what can we do ,???? And one more thing those whose files transfered to pilot office in canada all those got notifications or no thanks

I haven't seen anyone getting notification from pilot office yet ! Why don't you send an email to buffalo VO. I sent them an email and got a standard response to wait 60 days since our files are going to be transferred to CPP-Ottawa. I haven't seen any applicant getting MR who applied after Nov 2010 ( talking about buffalo applicants only).

I understand your frustration man, but see where the Canadian immigration is changing a lot in past few months. Only time will tell what happens to us !
