i apply to work skilled to canada via london office

and they refuse me and i send letter to cic officer to give me chance to make ielts again and i done the ielts already and i got the score

and my duty in list also, and i recived letter from them , that if i want extra information or new information that i have to apply again and pay the fees,

so i plan to do it my self not via any consult , now my question

can i find any one help me to do it on line specily who live in kuwait to guide me for how to do it as i listen its easy to do it?
what about old document , i have to submitt new document ?

any one can help me , any one live in kuwait have experonce?
