My wife already accepted as a protected person (refugee ) and already submitted application for PR, she included me in this application but I'm still outside canada.
My question is: how can i go to canda? Shall i wait for PR or is there any way to goin them without going the same way that she did .

You'll need to wait until PR.

Technically there is nothing stopping you from applying for a TRV. However it's pretty much guaranteed the TRV will be refused since CIC will know you aren't a genuine tourist but someone who is looking to move to Canada long term.
