Yes there are several applicants go their package returned just see FSWP 2014 main thread and similalry december thread on the following link:

so far under our NOC -2281 I haven't heard nor posted/informed any forumites that NOC 2281 is capped full. Just pray and have faith in GOD...we will be IN for sure.. Thanks,
