Any luck with ECAS?

Has anyone here had any luck with ECAS?

I got a mail today from CIC Ottawa saying that my application is in process at the New Delhi office but when I log onto ECAS, it says it cannot be found

ECAS doesn't work for EE. If you want the most recent updates on your account, use your myCIC account.
