Any language requirements mandatory for Spouse - FSWP 2014

Hi,

Are there any mandatory language requirements for Spouse to include her as dependent in FSWP - 2014 Application.

FYI, NO adaptability points required as i have enough points to file the application. I just need to include my wife in the application. That's it.
