on what determines the speed of your PR application?
is it just how busy the officers are? (meaning that when there are strikes, like now, it gets even slower)
or maybe how difficult is for the officer to double-check your filled information, + new info gathering?
Or does the experience, years living in Canada, status (what if someone, besides been a graduate from Canada, is an entrepreneur?) also help to speed up/ slow down the review process?....I'm talking about the CEC here though. My feeling is that, as long as you have the minimum requirements (English test, 1 year experience, fee paid, security info, filled forms), everyone is treated the same.
I have the feeling that this topic was discussed before (it is tough to describe what I'm asking for on the search bar), if some seniors can give me a link I would much appreciate it.
