Any idea on background verification timeline for dependent child

Anyone has any idea how much time will it take for IRCC to complete background verification for dependent child. I am a single parent and I have a dependent child who will be accompanying with me. The background verification for me(Primary applicant) is completed 3 months ago and my child's is still in progress for the past 6 months.

P.S. I have applied for express entry Under FSW.

As I noted elsewhere, it's my belief that the background verification field for dependents of a principle applicant is unreliable and quite possibly meaningless (i.e. people who have received PPR and even their visas still show in progress for dependents). But I cannot say for certain (this may be only for spousal apps for example) and would hope others could confirm or deny.

hello..just submitted my pr application through express entry. now im worried,,was there a section in our application where it asks for our child's education history? i am asking because i cant remember if there was a section for that because i did not put any education information of my child...i'm also a single parent. thank you

No, there is no child's education history as such.
