For me it took 5 days for the PCC to be dispatched.

For me it took around 3 working days. There are two types of processing options for UK pcc. Standard and Premium. I selected premiium. It was worth it.

80 GBP plus 48 GBP for international delivery.

I didn't use the premium service or the courier but I still got it about 3 weeks after I applied which I thought wasn't bad at all.
