My wife is trying for the second time to get her finger prints done from an expert .We also have attached a letter from the expert along with a doctor's certificate explaining the reason why some of her fingers do no give good prints which can be readable.I do not know how New delhi responds or if they have any backup. She stayed in the US for just 11 months. am trying to gather information about people who faced similar issues.Please reply if anybody has any answer on this.
