@scylla has covered the basics. Would really suggest she consider returning to Turkey or at least have proof of her booked flight from Germany to Turkey. She has no status in Germany so Germany doesn’t have to accept her on return and Canada can get concerned when citizens of other country arrive from a country they are visiting and want to return to that country. Her ties to Turkey, and any other country where she has status, is what counts to Canada.

Oh okay I will buy her tickets so can definitely buy the one from Germany to Turkey as well. It’s just she is old and doesn’t want to go all the way from Canada to Istanbul in one time as it’s so exhausting. She has schengen visa and my sister is in Germany so she wants to rest like a week there and then go back to Istanbul. If I buy her return ticket from Germany to Istanbul a week later than the one from Canada to Germany, would that be okay or do you recommend her to return to Istanbul without stopping by in Germany? Thanks!
