You could try Ronalee Carey but you would have to pay with her. I havent used her services but I read her newsletters all the time concerning immigration and they seem legit.

My consultation fee is $300 plus HST for residents of Canada. Appointments can be by Skype, telephone or in person. Meetings normally last 1 to 1.5 hours, and I follow-up with a written summary of our discussions. Applicants to the Express Entry program are asked to complete and online questionnaire prior to the appointment.
