Any Filipino teachers here?

Hi, I'm asking for my sister in law in the Philippines. She's my brother's wife and my brother sponsored her and their kids. They already lodged their application last month. She's an elementary school teacher there. How can she continue to practice her profession in Ontario as a teacher? She's actually a Foreign Service grad and took 18 units of Educ subjects and took the board exam.

She cannot teach with just her current credentials. She needs to be certified to teach in Canada. Recommend she start researching there:
