Any Cover letter Required with Application to CIO?

Hi Friends,

My Application is ready to be sent to Sydney NS, I have all the forms with some extra sheets to provide details of some sections and points.

My question is do i need to put a cover letter in my own words detailing all the forms and extra sheets i have put, and general information regarding my application?

Please advise?

there is no need as per the checklist. but, it won't harm to include one.

The checklist form itself a cover letter for your application however you may write your own.
