Any Colleges which have tie up with Universities??

I have done my B.E(EC). I need to know whether there are any colleges in Canada which offer 1 yr diploma courses and after completion i can upgrade(transfer my credit) to Master degree. I'm Looking for Diploma courses in Programming, Embedded and Wireless. pls reply..

Any one reply.. Actually i have got admission for Embedded Systems in Centennial College. Now my Concern is about job after completion of 8 months diploma. I heard that getting job is difficult. So if there are any colleges which have tie up with Universities I can further study Masters.
