Any changes for 2018 PGP yet?

Have they hinted any improvement to 2018 PGP lottery yet?
Or they are going to keep it same, as it worked perfectly as intended, on cutting down the numbers of intake applications without actually lowering the cap?

We have no idea at this point. Based on previous years, you can expect an announcement sometime in December.
