Dear Fellows,

I had applied under NOC1122 and it may sound unfortunate that apparently, my application reached CIC same day when the CAP full info. was displayed (I guess it was Nov. 2010)

I still kept my hopes but just 2 days ago, I received all doc. back from CIC with an explanation that CAP had reached.

Anyways, I am not going to give up easily as there is another category where I am eligible and want to re-submit my application under new NOC asap.

I am wondering if there were any changes in application forms recently (especially after Nov. 2010).
If not, to cut short the time, I can send same application again with new dates.

Can anyone reply.!!
Thanks in advance

mr_rana, i remember you, you r the one who started the thread " READ THIS BEFORE SUBMISSIONS - DOs & DONTs-POST 26 June 2010" whcih was very useful one. sorry to hear that your application returned.
By the way, there have been several changes:
1. CIO has updated the amount of POF
2. IELTS is now valid for 2 years (only GT)
3. CIO document checklist and fee payment form have been updated
.

It would be wise to redownload all the forms

regards,
DR.Hasib

Following forms are changed from Dec-10:-

1) Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)

2) Fees payment Form – Application for PR (includes Credit Card CVV no)

3) Document Checklist (IMM 5612)

Regards
Cool

Thanks to all and as I see, PCC requirement has also been included this time although it's not mentioned as mandatory
(Visa specific office)

right...so what's your new NOC?

Meeting and getting the company of old friends once again in this battle field has infused me with a great deal of energy and fighting spirit. So there won't be giving up until it must be~
Thanks...!!

I'd also take this chance to work upon the clarifying my doubt(s) I had during last time like the one I remember as following:

While filling "Additional Family Info (IMM 5406)" which common for both applicant & spouse, I was NOT very confident while filling it for the spouse. I know this issue was also discussed in one of threads but I couldn't locate it. (Dr. Hasib hs the key as I remember)

- As I compared "Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)", it appeared the same as the one I submitted in Nov.
Can anyone pinpoint the exact change content? (as suggested by coolguy2010).

Thanks again.

Additional family Information form:
must be fillied out twice, once by the principal applicant and once by the spouse. When spouse is filling out the form spouse must write down his/her name in the box provided for "Applicant" & principal applicants name should be written in the box for "Spouse".Spouse must write his/her own father's/mothers/sister's name in appropriate field
In short when spouse is filling out the form he/she turns into principal applicant & u turn into his/her spouse.

By the way, i think schedule 3 form is still the same.however,as i have adviced you earlier, redownload all the forms to be in safe side.

Dr.Hasib

Thanks...I guess I am close.

Well, suddenly it came to my mind that some provinces in Canada have regulated professions and it's not suitable to mention their name in the application form while mentioning about "intended place" to live in Canada especially if one's NOC doesn't fit well with regulatory conditions set by a province.

If I am not wrong, there was also a thread on this caution/discussion and Alberta in Canada was one of them.

Am I right in my understanding? For me, my wife's parents live in Alberta but just because of this I'd refrain from mentioning Alberta if it has any sort of regulation on professions.

So now I am considering Ontario (ON). Would that be ok? any suggestions in this regard?
regards
Rana~
