My CRS score is 356 age 29 with noc 1123 with 7 years of experience is there any chance to get selected through PNP ??

hate to be blunt but the prospect of getting a nomination with 356 is bit of a far reach. Nowadays even 456 doesn't look very promising. Try to at least get your score up to 450. That would be a point where things get realistic. You should have quite a few things to improve here: IELTS, get another master if possible (preferably in Canada), etc.
