Are you in Canada now? There are many jobs but you need to find this information in youtube and linkedIn. Simple search will tell you.
Currently, the market is saturated. Lots of IT graduates, both from Canadian uni and colleges, ranging from diploma to Masters to PhDs. You will be competing with applicants already authorized to work in Canada (PGWP holders and newly landed PRs). Most companies would not have the reason to spend for an LMIA if they can find local candidates.
Depends. If you are a specialized IT worker then maybe but even then it's hard to get LMIA
I have tried to find jobs sitting in India and it did not work at all! Not even single call! There are lot of openings for Test automation in Canada. Check on lindkedin, you will see. But did not get call in 3 months I tried. Unless you have very very rare skill in IT, there is almost no chance. You could try within company transfer or get referred by someone there(again LMIA needed).
