i had my medicals yesterday,and the doc said i got some vision problems...i've applied for a student visa..and its my dream to study there...will my visa be rejected just because my sight is poor?

I don't think it will create any problem in your case. Because according to my observations those disease are considered which can transform to other people, like AIDS, TB, HEPATITIS, etc. So just pray and go on. You will get visa hopefully.

Vision problem is not a problem at all. I myself wear a -6.5 glass!

You should ask a eye doc about that figure...its something about cylinder or something...not sure

Is it? You know some1 which such result? Because as far as I know, if any1 is found with HIV/AIDS, they are at once rejected by CHC in Bangladesh.

I think I knew why they ask for medicals but now since you are telling me that they don't reject applicants even if they have AIDS/HIV, they I am wondering what's the point of having a medical exam then?

HIV/AIDS was declared a world disaster and a barn that came along with it was lifted as far as visa is concerned ok.AIDS is all over the world as compared to other diseases.

I don't know man. Your knowledge and my knowledge always seems to contradict. As far as I can say, CHC in Bangladesh rejects visa of applicants with any sort of major disease like Tuberculosis/Cancer/HIV/AIDS/STD. They all are world disaster and hence Canada won't welcome any carrier of such diseases, atleast not from Bangladesh.
