I(31 years)have applied through FSW in NOC 2174. I have over 5 years of foreign experience(non canada). 9 years of overall work ex. And more than 3 years of equivalent grad education evaluation through WES. I am unmarried and I got IELTS scores of 8.5, 7.5, 8, 8 in L,R,W,S.

With this my CRS score came out as 427. I do believe I fall under CLB 9. Does it make sense to retake the IELTS test to try to achieve a CLB 10? I think even with a CLB 10, I would be landing up with 430 as my CRS score (Correct me if I am wrong here). Is it worth the risk of reapplying for IELTS again? Would it increase my score for adaptability?

Are there any other options other than taking TEF for French? I have submitted oinp application in Nov. But wanted to check if there is a way to increase CRS points for direct IT through EE.

Appreciate the guidance.

You have already applied for OINP which will fetch you additional 600 CRS points and in turn help you receive the ITA. No point in reappearing for IELTS as you already have CLB 9.

I recently (about a month back) renewed my passport. I intend to send the new passport details via a cse. When I sent my application to Ontario for Oinp nomination request, I had not sent documentation to provide detailed job duties (I didn't have the documentation then). Can I tag that documentation along when I send the renewed passport copy ? Or will/can I create a separate cse for the document for job duties.
