Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
One of my friends has following scenario :

+2 graduate from India
2 year diploma in Canada
2 year work experience in NOC A category
No LMIA - employer refused to support

Now the situation is - only few months left on PGWP and CRS is 350.

Any way around ?? PNP may be ??

please help, I think this is the only place where I can get some genuine advice.

May be improve IELTS. Is your friend eligible for 2 or more degrees or has only diploma?

No, as I mentioned just +2 and a 2 year diploma in Canada.

Is PEI PNP a good option ?

An international student with 2 years Canadian work exp, working in NOC A and only has 350 points? is he over 40 yo and has ielts 6.0 ??

But they only have a 2 year diploma, not a Bachelor's.
With CLB of 7, no spouse, and no foreign work experience, I calculate that the highest possible score is 367.

PNP seems to be the only way. PEI has the easiest PNP system, it seems.

No, age is 25.

Please calculate the points - this is how ee is treating the country's education and experience.

We can't actually calculate the points, because you haven't provided IELTS results.

But it's understandable; Canada is trying to increase the number of skilled, educated workers in the country, and your friend doesn't even have a Bachelor's degree.

I did. 25 yo, 2 years Canadian work exp, Diploma, CLB 8 will have 415 CRS points. Clb 7 will have 385.

But I don't know how can your friend work in a NOC A job and can't reach CLB 7?

CRS calculator: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

i should have mentioned "approx." 350.

i think 350 or 385, doesn't make a huge difference.

can anyone advise on options we can think of right now ? PEI PNP seems easier, but it all depends on if your EOI form gets picked up or not. they have not specified anywhere if preference is being given to any specific trades or if the person should be living in PEI.

PNP is the only option that will get your friend over the CRS threshold before their PGWP expires.
