I would like to ask a question that do you know any case which has been filed under bookeeper field which is not fall under 38 list applied in between 27-02-2008 to 28.11.2008 & got his case rejected beacause I have filed my case on july 14 2008 in bookeeper occupation. I know that it does not fall under 38 list but I have not recd any rejection or approval from Cic sydney .
Whereas i have checked that many which filed after my case for example in aug08, sept08 , oct & nov 08 got their case rejected than why they are making delay for any response in my case.

Pls all senior member kindly response

Thanks Navvy 100 for your response may be you r right but my question is that hev you seen any bookeeper case they have rejected

As i already said that i applied on july 08 many applicant who filed after me has got their rejection but i didnot get any response
 
i dont think so bt i advice you to wait for their decision. I know its very painful to wait for the application whose probability of rejection is more.System is so new that no has actually come with what will happen to the applications of that period ...but i am just telling you that my application was rejected
 
I think after introducing 38 job list Book Keeper code is 1231 which comes under 0111 and 1111. Many has applied and got through. What do you people say is book keeper does book keeper come under 0111 and 1111 is eligible under this code?

False hope, bookkeepers are not 0111 or 1111 they are 1231 and receive refusals.

If you want to change NOC then its no problem but after changing NOC there will be a rejection because your main duties will not match with that of NOC-1111 (This is what i did ...I changed my NOC from 0122 to 0111 but then also it was rejection because duties were not relevant)
 
Dear PMM
I got AEO under NOC 1231 Accounting Bookkeeper. If you have seen earlier on CanadaVisa.com site it was falling under 1111, now the site has been upgraded its mention off from 1111. I am working as an Accounts Head and my duties are near to match with 1111 and also with 1231.

I am commerce graduate and after that I have done two year diploma in MBA Finance. My lawyer is saying that my duties are more than (hire side) to 1231. But as per Canada Education I am not having education to applied under 1111 (Accountant). But in the Form they have mentioned 1111.

What do you suggest I would be rejected or through?

1231 definately need arrange employment letter ,other wise its a big chance of refusal. its conformed.
