hi all i am new on this post plz anybody know about the 4131 category processing time applying pre 26th 2010.i send my complete documents to new delhi visa office i receive my my 2nd AOC on 9th december 2010.. plz send me some ur reveiws.... 
any body know about NOC 4131 processing time applying pre 26th june 2010

I sent my full doc. to visa office on april 2010. we are also pre june applicant with NOC 4131 but we have not got 2nd AOR yet we submitted our full documents in jan,2011 but still no news from VO whould any one tell untill when we will receive our 2nd AOR.
