Given the second wave of covid most provinces are currently focusing on trying to get covid numbers under control. Allowing more people to enter, many from covid hot spots, and spread across each province is a concern/risk so would expect DLIs may get approval slowly. This is also mid semester so schools will continue online for th3 rest of the semester.

My daughter's school is in person and on line and will continue that way. It is on the DLI ready list. She got her permit approved 2 days ago. She probably won't travel till January now.
