Hello everyone!

From the Checklist: “Attach small items such as photos and certified cheques with a paper clip, otherwise leave documents unbound.”

My understanding of this sentence is that all pages shouldn’t be bound by staples or paper clips, BUT:

1) What about translated documents which I’ve received already stapled (certified translations, copies)?

2) The checklist groups documents by numbers (i.e. Work Experience in Canada Documents fall under “category” 10). Would a page on top of each category stating the category’s number/name be helpful or annoying?

3) Some documents in my application are not in english/french, so they have translations that go together. Would a page on top of these groups of documents explaining what they are in english be also helpful or annoying?

THANK YOU!

I left the documents as I received them.

No, simply keep the documents in the order of the checklist.

3) Some documents in my application are not in english/french, so they have translations that go together. Would a page on top of these groups of documents explaining what they are in english be also helpful or annoying?

Keep originals and translated versions together and you should be fine. No need to explain anything.

THANK YOU!

Hope this helped.
