another IELTS result after rejection?

Hello all
can I ask my VO to give another chance to do another IELTS ?
they reject my file because bace on their calculation i didn't have enough point. I thought i can get 22 for education but seems they give me 20. just I can get higher point with my new IELTS result. which i was sick at first exam and i couldn't make a good. Is it any chance for me if i ask them for reconsideration and give me anther chance to provide them with another IELTS result?? pls help I waited for 3 year and all the sudden this news came

Feeling very sad to know the things. You have been assessed based on the documents you sent earlier. The file can be updated before your application going to In Process. Sorry to say, its not possible to update now.
