Another Fees Question

There is an item on the ePayment site in the fees list under "Other Services", called "Permanent Resident Card" "$50.00"

Is that something I need to include payment for when paying all the fees for a Family Class application?

thats for ppl applying for their pr card not under the family class app...reserved for ppl in canada or already landed immigrant or for those who have lost their pr card/status
